Fighter Law represents crime victims in courts throughout Central Florida. Each county has its own State Attorney’s Office, court system, and victim services resources. Our attorneys appear in these courts regularly and know how each jurisdiction handles victim rights, injunctions, and restitution.
Orange County is served by the Ninth Judicial Circuit. The State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Circuit handles a high volume of criminal cases across Orlando and surrounding communities. Fighter Law is headquartered in Orlando and regularly represents victims in Orange County proceedings.
Osceola County is also part of the Ninth Judicial Circuit. Criminal cases involving victims in Kissimmee, St. Cloud, and the surrounding area are handled by the same State Attorney’s Office as Orange County. Our attorneys represent victims throughout Osceola County.
Seminole County falls within the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, which serves both Seminole and Brevard counties. The Seminole County courthouse is located in Sanford. Fighter Law has a Sanford office and represents victims in Seminole County criminal proceedings.
Brevard County is part of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. Criminal cases are heard at the Brevard County courthouse in Viera. We represent victims in Brevard County, including those in Melbourne, Cocoa, and the Space Coast area.
Volusia County is served by the Seventh Judicial Circuit. Cases are handled at the Volusia County courthouse in DeLand. Fighter Law represents crime victims in Volusia County, including Daytona Beach, Deltona, and surrounding communities.
