David J. Migneault, originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, brings an impressive 35 years of legal experience to Fighter Law. A graduate of Roger Williams University and Suffolk University Law School, David was admitted to the Bar in 1989. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in criminal, family, and civil law, making him a well-rounded and knowledgeable attorney.
David joins Fighter Law as the Director of Client Engagement, where his wealth of experience and dedication to client service are invaluable assets to the firm.
Outside of his professional life, David is an avid bike rider, painter, and fitness enthusiast who enjoys working out to P90X. His active lifestyle is complemented by his love for his two pets: a Blue and Gold Macaw named Tweetheart and a Golden Retriever named Druss.
David is also a current member of the Orange County Bar Association, further demonstrating his commitment to the legal community.
One of David’s greatest achievements is his service as a police officer and military policeman, where he dedicated himself to helping people and ensuring their safety.
