Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, John Haugabook brings over six years of dedicated experience in the legal field to his role as a Paralegal at Fighter Law. Since joining the firm in June 2025, John has quickly become a vital member of the team, offering a strong foundation in both criminal and personal injury law.
John earned his Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Valencia College before going on to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Florida International University. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at Barry University School of Law, where he continues to expand his legal knowledge and refine his skills. His passion for justice and advocacy led him to intern with the Juvenile Defense Clinic at Barry University, a hands-on experience that solidified his commitment to protecting the rights of others and helping individuals navigate the justice system.
Becoming a Florida Registered Paralegal stands as one of John’s proudest accomplishments. He is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), where he continues to grow his professional network and stay engaged with the local legal community.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family, staying active at the gym, and hanging out with his Australian Shepherd–Great Pyrenees mix, Lilo, named after the beloved character from Lilo & Stitch. With his dedication, compassion, and drive for excellence, John is proud to be part of the Fighter Law team, where he continues to make a meaningful impact on behalf of clients every day.
