FIGHTER LAW TIMELINE ON THE MARCUS GRUBERT CASE

On June 24, 2024 the State Attorney’s Office filed a No Information Notice on the Defendant Marcus Grubert’s case and the charges were dismissed. That same month, the victims family has retained Fighter Law to reopen the criminal case against Marcus Grubert.  

As of July 22, 2024 a temporary injunction was granted by an Osceola County Judge to protect the victim and the family.

On September 19, Fighter Law attended the Injunction Hearing and the case has been continued for further discovery.
